Shipping Policy:

. Flat INR 50 for all prepaid orders and free shipping on all order above INR 4999.
. We also offer Next Day Delivery / Express Delivery for select pincodes in India. Shipping charges are INR 250 for the same provided the order has been placed before 2 PM on the previous day. Please note, delivery may not happen on Sundays and Public Holidays.
. Order placed Online through Website or our Helpline Number will be processed within 2-3 working days.

. Orders will be shipped within 3-4 working days from the date of order.
. We do not process shipments on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
. For International Shipping please write to us at [email protected].
. We do not offer Cash On Delivery (COD) Service.
. We do deliver in most countries outside India that are serviced by our shipping partners.
. International Orders are usually delivered within 7-10 working days.
. As soon as your Package ships, you will get a notification email along with your package tracking information within 24 hours of Shipping the product.

Logistic Partners:

Within India for Domestic Shipping, we work with DTDC and Delhivery. For International Shipments our logistic partners are FedEx and DHL.

Product Images, Colours and Dimensions:

We take pictures of all our products in natural light and ensures that the colours that are captured are as real as possible and match to the original colour. Colours may differ based on the light setting of your screen. Also, most of our products are handcrafted, and minor colour or design variation may occur.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the product get damaged in transit or in case you have received the incorrect product. In that case, please email us at [email protected] with a photograph of damaged product within 10 Hours of delivery. Once the return is approved by Team Laavanya through an email, buyer needs to send us back the damaged product within 7 working days. Product returned without our confirmation will not be considered for replacement. Exchange will be
made only after we receive the Shipment from you. The Exchange will be offered in the form of Discount Code to be applied at the Checkout. If the same product is not available, a Credit Note for the full amount will be issued which will be valid for 6 Months.

Cancellations:

Order once placed can not be cancelled under any circumstances.

Payment:

The Payments can be made using one of the following options.

  1. Net Banking
  2. Debit Cards/Credit Cards
  3. UPI (BHIM, Google Pay, Phone Pe etc.)
  4. Wallets (Paytm etc.)
  5. For International Payments: PayPAL
    (PayPal will be chargeable 9 % extra over and above the total Invoice
    amount.)
